Who we are
ESP Express provides parcel booking, shipment tracking, invoicing and payment-receipt review services between supported departure countries and Cambodia. Questions about this policy can be sent to support@esp-express.app.
Information we collect
We collect the name and Cambodian mobile number used to create an account; parcel tracking numbers, parcel types, transport lines and status history; invoices and payment status; payment receipt images and optional notes submitted for administrator review; and technical session information required to keep the account signed in securely.
How we use information
We use this information to provide and secure the service, manage parcels, prepare invoices, review payments, respond to support requests, prevent misuse, resolve disputes and meet accounting or legal obligations. ESP Express does not sell personal information.
Sharing
Information is available to authorized ESP Express administrators and may be processed by infrastructure or storage providers that help operate the service. We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service or the public.
Retention and deletion
Users can permanently delete their account from the Account screen in the mobile app or web portal. Account deletion removes sign-in access, anonymizes the personal profile and deletes uploaded payment receipt images. Shipment, invoice and payment records may be retained when necessary for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or legal obligations.
Security
We use access controls, encrypted network connections and protected mobile session storage. No service can guarantee absolute security, so users should protect their password and contact us if they suspect unauthorized access.
Children
ESP Express is a general parcel service and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
